We are the appointed Territory Franchise Partner (TFP) for South East Asia by The International Customer Service Institute (Dubai).  The countries include Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam and Philippines.

Through our partnerships with the Accredited Consulting & Training Partners (ACTP) from the respective countries above, we provide training and facilitators services for implementing the TICSS2007:04(The International Customer Service Standard which recognize the importance of achieving the level of an “International Excellence” in Customer Service.
