JARING'S HSBB BIZ PACKAGES WILL HELP SMEs CUT COST
Newly set-up enterprises can save as much as RM6,717 in the first year of operations
JARING Communications Sdn Bhd has unveiled its Jaring Biz-on-Net, a high speed broadband business package aimed at helping small and medium enterprises (SMEs) optimise their performance and reduce IT costs amidst the slowing economy.
The Jaring. Biz-on-Net comes in three packages Jaring Flite SME Gold, Silver and Bronze and are tailored to meet the needs of the different sizes of the enterprises.

The packages range from broadband, web hosting, easy-to-use website builder, website visitor analyser, SME map locator to Internet telephony and email services.
Jaring Biz-on-Net is designed to ease upgrades and help customers reduce operational cost through a total Internet solution package that rides on a reliable high-speed broadband connection," CEO of Jaring Communications Dr Mohamed Awang Lah said at the launch in Kuala Lumpur yesterday.
Newly set-up SMEs can save as much as RM6,717 in the first year of operations, he added.
The Jaring Website Builder provides a tool for SMEs to build online applications, for instance, automate common office procedures or online business deals and generate the company.s multi-channel marketing and sales drives through e-commerce.
The website visitor analyser helps SMEs to track and analyse the behaviour patterns of their websites visitors to determine its effectiveness.
The SME map locator is the business directory of the SMI Association of Malaysia that allows quick identification by customeci and partners and links to SMI/SMEs nationwide.
The Jaring Flite SME packages offer unlimited high speed broadband of up to 10Mbps, email accounts, web hosting with up to 50GB storage size, network management system (NMS) and network power controller (NPC) including Internet telephony with MYO15 services.
Jaring Biz-On-Net is available at a monthly cost of RM 2,099 for the Gold package, RM1,349 for Silver and RM899 for Bronze.
In another development, Jaring Communications became the first Internet service provider in the world, and the first company in Malaysia and the Asia Pacific region to be awarded accreditation from the British Standards Institution (BSI), UK, for achieving The International Customer Service Standards (TICSS).
TICSS is the first global standard for customer service excellence developed by The International Customer Service Institute (TICSI), an international membership organisation enabling the recognition and sharing of global best practices in customer service.
Jaring has been credited for its capability to manage and develop its customer service quality and ability to transform the services it offers into world class standards.
To further prove its commitment to customer service excellence, Jaring aims to achieve a higher level of TICSS certification this year, Dr Mohamed said.
